1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vibe Theam ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To place orders, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.
• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order through one of our accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Cash on Delivery.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is verified. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and availability.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect products upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. In general:

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Certain items (undergarments, customized products, perishable goods) are not eligible for return.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Vouchers & Promotions

• Promotional codes and vouchers are subject to their specific terms including validity period, minimum order amount, and usage limits.
• Vouchers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to void vouchers obtained through fraudulent means.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, images, graphics, and software — is the property of Vibe Theam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Submit false information, fraudulent orders, or fake reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Theam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
